Springtime in Israel: Mar 18 - 26, 2011

Dear Friends,

We're leading a tour to Israel in March 2011 through Bountiful Travel. This is thrilling for us, and we hope you can come! With Taylor's PhD in Ancient Judaism & Christianity, and Lisa's MA in Modern Middle Eastern History, this should be a tour that is both fun and informative.

Day 1 (Mar 18): Flights — Depart to Israel from the United States.

Day 2 (Mar 19) Arrive in Tel Aviv. Visit Jaffa and Caesarea. End the day overlooking the beautiful Sea of Galilee from the hotel in Tiberias.

Day 3 (Mar 20): Megiddo – Cana – Nazareth – Mt. Carmel

Day 4 (Mar 21): Sea of Galielle - Mount Hermon – Tabgha – Capernaum – Mount of Beatitudes - Golan Heights

Day 5 (Mar 22): Mount Tabor – Beth Shean – Jordan Valley – Jericho – Bethany

Day 6 (Marh 23): Jerusalem - Mount of Olives – Old City – Temple Mount – Mount Zion – Hezekiah's Tunnel – Shrine of the Book

Day 7 (Mar 24): Qumran – Monastery – Masada – Dead Sea – Western Wall

Day 8 (Mar 25): Jerusalem Center – Old City – Garden tomb - Golgotha - Gethsemane

Day 9 (Mar 26): Return to the US – For those doing the Egypt extension, you will fly evening of Mar 25 or morning of Mar 26 to Cairo (based on flight availability)

We sincerely hope that you can join us!
